I recently had a longtime VA move onto other things and I need to replace her quickly with a great person.
-managing my schedule including booking appointments with my customers
-returning some calls on my behalf
-coordination of events like meetings, courses (booking hotel meeting space, taking care of contracts etc)
-doing some light sales work of talking to prospects that call in occasionally
