We are a growing real estate investment/redevelopment company in New Jersey, U.S., looking for skilled assistant to manage social media sites including Facebook, Linked-In, and Twitter via Hootsuite on an ongoing basis.
1. Implement and manage Facebook, Linked-In and Twitter via Hootsuite with postings 3 times/week, at least 1 (one) month in advance. Initially will submit all postings to Operations Manager via google docs prior to publishing.
2. Content will include Monday postings related to real estate business/news,for example on content see [obscured] or yahoo news; Wednesday motivational or inspirational quotes, for example, from [obscured] ; Friday postings with real estate related trivia, cartoons, funny stories or DIY projects.
3. Track messages and responses from all accounts and put into word document and submit to Operations Manager every Thursday.
4. Respond to all endorsements using existing document that will be provided.
