We need a social & support manager to handle the following:
- Update our Facebook timeline with info on us and mobile phones, engaging in customer dialogue to push people to our site.
- Tweet throughout the day to engage followers and gain more from the mobile sector.
- Update our Google+ page same as above to help improve SEO.
- Monitor our community forum and support desk, again engaging in customer dialogue but also answering specific questions raised.
- Updating our support desk with hints and tips about how to best use Bid My Bill.
You can first run through the whole website process to get a feel for how it works and tell users about that in all the above ways.
- Know mobile phones (if you can show experience in this sector its a huge bonus)
- Work from home remotely and have good internet access
- Be available every day but also be flexible on working times. This will likely work out that you do X (to be discussed) dedicated hours per week for posting new content...
