Hello. We need a solution for our interaction with our customers and for our business' sales process. We currently have an Excel spreadsheet with all this info (as in the document attached). We need to automatize this process in one form or another. We are thinking about an online database with a user-friendly interface that has two customer groups and editable fields for name, phone, e-mail, details about the order (make/model/cc/year/parts needed), follow-up, shipping address and order status. We also want to be able to see customer order history, generate sales reports and different other actions on the database info. Is there a CRM platform that provides this, or that can be customized for our needs with a module maybe or a plugin? We are open to ideas and suggestions. Thank you for your time.
