I'd like someone to figure out the best way to get JIRA, along with the plugins available through Atlassian's Starter program ( [obscured] /starter/), up and running using Amazon Web Services; all while using the least resources possible. Ideally, on a free micro instance.
I'm a stickler for best practices; everything should be organized and named optimally, all security precautions should be taken, etc.
Then, I'd like this person to teach me how to do it, and walk me through the process. In the end I'd like to produce a nice written guide that anyone can use to get up and running quickly, and avoid common pitfalls.
I tried setting it up myself but I have no familiarity with JIRA, AWS, or Linux; and got stuck on obscure errors that I don't have time to research. It should be a simple and fast job for someone familiar with JIRA and Linux.
