We are seeking the design & full engineering of an optimized Stirling motor / electrical generator, to be used as a heat recovery / energy generation device for an industrial HVAC system.
The energy input comes from excess capacity in multiple HVAC systems. The Stirling device will have both heating and cooling energy inputs. One side of the device will be supplied with a constant 7,500 btu/hr of cooling capacity, and the other side will be supplied with 7,500 btu of constant heat.
For the heat exchange, both heating and cooling capacity could be delivered to the device multiple ways (engineers choice): via liquid refrigerant in copper pipes directly into the Stirling device; or as coil or radiator adjoining the device.
The Stirling motor system should also include an optimized electrical generator. The goal of the system is to generate as much 240V AC electricity possible, per the given input.
