I have a membership-based website (using Wordpress and the Wordpress plugin Magic Members) and need to add on a feature to allow registered members to have their own subdomain (eg: username.mainsite.com) where they can create and modify their own profile pages to attract new customers and for the customers to contact them.
Each registered user must be able to edit their own subdomain pages and have a contact form to allow new customers to send an email to them.

Each registered member will have a generic set of pages (eg: Bio, Information, Contact) which they can then edit (with photos and text) to suit their needs. As seen in the above examples, the users can control which pages they want and the content.
Breakdown of what is required:
1. A registration form on our main site to set up the subdomain (the registration form can be a wordpress page accessible when my members login if possible).
