My website was hit with a massive incoming DDoS attack and my web hosting company claimed that in order to bring network back to the normal state, they null-routed my IP address for next 24-48 hours. This action resulted in making my site offline for more than 24 hours for two times. The problem was caused because others were attacking my website and not because I did anything wrong. My web hosting company is located in the United States and I would like to know if this is a real case where I can sue them and get a compensation because of the way this company has reacted to me? If yes, I would assign this as a project for you in elance.
