Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. - Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed. Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future desktop hardware/software needs. - Provide on-going operational support including operating systems releases, upgrades, service pack installations, bug fixes, security updates, and any system change activities - Build new systems (laptop and desktop) as directed by IT Customer Service Management - Identify solutions for network security, provide Spyware, Adware and, virus protection - Supporting PDAs: configuration support, synchronization support - Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fas...
