I am a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney working overseas the past four years. Have filed for the foreign-income exclusion for the last three years. I recently purchased several rental properties in New York with my wife, who recently received her green card. Our NY rental properties are split ownership and w e sold our non-US primary residence in 2012.

I am looking for a consultation from a tax lawyer or CPA related to our 2012 filings and long-term tax planning. I probably need a one-hour consultation with the possibility of using the firm for our filings. Probably someone experienced with New York taxes as well would be better, but open to anyone with experience in international/expat/landlord etc. tax planning. I have a list of questions that I could provide prior to the consultation.

Thank you for your time.
