Office administration for someone with a technical aptitude and background to handle office admin and customer-related admin for an IT services firm. We provides IT services and products to small to mid-sized companies in the Los Angeles / West Hollywood Area. This part time position can lead to full time position and possible progression to Help Desk Tech Support person.
Good communication and presentation skills are a must.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- answer phones, respond to inquires from internal and external parties, perform data entry and prepare reports
- use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system software to enter new clients, update client data, schedule client appointments, follow-up on clients
- perform research on certain technical issues as directed by IT technicians
