I will need a technical support representative that is really what mobile applications to respond to technical support requests for our cell phone monitoring mobile applications.
This will include offering support, troubleshooting and resolving any issues our customers may have with installing, operating and uninstalling the applications.
We will require a representative to be actively monitoring the support desk and responding to emails between the hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST time zone Monday through Friday.
I will provide log in details for our company Kayako support desk.
We will require this to be an ongoing relationship and prefer to be billed monthly.
