I need a technical write up, a step-by-step checklist - that will list all things required to bring an existing network under support. This output will act as a questionnaire which I will present to my customer.

Overall, I have a customer who has asked me to "provide remote support for their existing hosting network".

My customer is a hosting facility which houses technology solutions for their own set of customers. The challenge is to provide remote support for a customer who, they too have their own set of customers.

However, I'm clueless as to "what are the right questions/concerns to ask that would allow me to provide such support".

I"m thinking...

- I need to understand how to assume management responsibility of an existing network
- What are the activities or duties that could be in scope or that should be considered?
- I’m thinking a matrix that shows things like:
> Access to the supported network
> Technology used for remote access
