Its written in FuelPHP & Twitter Bootstrap and hosted on a managed Rackspace server.
The application is running stable with live users, with any bugs & new features already being dealt with.
What we need though, is an excellent technical support manager to do the following:
- Learn the general concepts about how the app works in order to be able to test customer reported problems, and escalate to our developers as a bug fix.
- Listed to customer feedback and log new feature requests.
- Create some setup & help guides for new users, using Zendesk & a wiki help page.
- Respond to Zendesk support tickets within 4 hours.
Generally you would be managing the steady operation of this platform day-to-day, and can grow into the role more over time as the app gains traction. You would know the app inside-out and be the first point of contact for customers &...
