Position: Customer Support Representative
Product: Coreflex Warehouse Management and Inventory Control Software
Hours: Start 4 hours per day with intent to become 8 hours per day.
Monday thru Friday (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM eastern)
Networks (setting up shares, etc)
Microsoft SQL Server (will train)
Camtasia Studio (will train)
Dreamweaver (will train)
1. Responding to technical support requests by phone, e-mail and web site requests.
2. Taking support calls, recording them in Act contact manager and setting up follow up actions based on established rules.
3. Assisting customers with operating Coreflex™ Inventory Control Software including but no limited to:
3.1. Installation (including file manipulation)
3.3. Training and Answering usability questions.
3.4. Walking customers through using the software over remote connections.
