I'm looking for a technical writer with proven experience and skills to help my customer service team develop an extensive FAQ manual based on customer inquiries and responses. We are an online school with 2,000 students using Zendesk to process about 1,000 tickets per week. I will give you our existing manual, access to our tickets so that you can review about a week's worth of tickets, and have you edit and develop the manual to be easy to navigate and perhaps can be translated into a clear and simple FAQ section for customers as well.
The right candidate will be a native English speaker with extensive technical writing skills and an expertise in developing clear, usable customer FAQs and process & procedures manuals for businesses. If you have more advanced knowledge of customer service workflows, that's a plus. Please respond with examples of manuals you have developed.
