Each day you will make outbound calls to converse with property owners that are potentially interested in selling their homes. The point is to have the real estate agent meet with these potential sellers. The calls should be conducted in a very congenial manner with supplied scripts to see if the lead is worth pursuing as a potential client. All information of the appointments that you are able to book are posted into a google document for the real estate agent. The real estate agent will follow-up with the filtered leads that have agree to book an appointment and meet with them on the appropriate date.
