We're looking for a Telephone Receptionist / Virtual Assistant to effectively handle and manage our incoming calls, schedule appointments and help with admin tasks.

Since knowledge about our internal processes and staff is mandatory, we cannot work with a call center with changing agents. We are looking for one or two dedicated agents who can answer calls during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM PST). We are looking for a long-term partnership that can grow over time. We are looking for a freelancer since we do not have enough incoming calls and work yet to hire someone full-time. Thus, it is also difficult to estimate the hours per week for this project.
