We have three workshops that we are promoting over the summer. Win-Win Negotiations, People Side of Process Improvement, and World-Class Customer Service.
We have some core target customers that will get our traditional emails and phone calls.
What we want is to add some new customers to these workshops. I don't want current customers getting phone calls, only new.
Therefore, I would need:
1. a list generated of companies that fit a certain size and profile - we have a current list that could be cross-referenced against to avoid duplication
2. An email to be sent to a select type of customer.
3. A follow-up phone call to connect and see if they would like to send people to the workshop or to continue a conversation with us (Dale Carnegie Business Group) in person or by some other means.

We want these emails and calls to go out the first 2 weeks of June. The first 2 workshops are scheduled for the first full week of July.
