Looking for someone with extensive experience with TennCare. I have had an ongoing provider issue for almost two years. It has been close to being resolved once but due to some personal issues the "ball was dropped".
I will provide all past correspondence and information. Someone with contacts at TennCare (now administered through United Community Health Plan) would be helpful as well as someone who is familiar with provider relations issues.
The person who is awarded this job must be extremely proficient in problem resolution as well as polite, persistent and willing to go above and beyond to get this resolved. If I am able to receive back payments there will be a bonus paid as well as whatever your bid is. Bonus will be paid upon receipt of money from TennCare.
This is time sensitive. Good time management and follow-up skills are definitely required.
