This job is to provide technical support and troubleshooting for two clients with a total of 25 + users combined from April 6th to April 12th for vacation coverage. You are expected to be available to provide support between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST. There is potential for this job to become a 10-15 hour per week position depending on the performance of the consultant.
You must be available for a few hours of paid remote training and live hands-on troubleshooting prior to April 6th.
You will be paid on a flat rate, per day basis based on the time frame mentioned above regardless of the amount of support requests you receive.
- Ensures proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish business tasks.
- Provides issue resolution with diagnostic and request tracking tools.
- Receives, prioritizes, documents, and actively resolves end user help requests.
