On April 4, 2012 I received an Office Action about an application for trademark I had submitted back in December.
The USPTO responded and refused my application stating the following major points:
LIKELIHOOD OF CONFUSION
SIMILARITY OF THE MARKS
SIMILARITY OF THE SERVICES
I am looking for a trademark attorney who has experience in responding to these letters in order to resolve the issue and get a trademark in place.
I also have questions regarding registering the trademark if there are no current plans to defend it legally, but would like to have something in place for the future.
I can supply a copy of the office action if further clarification is needed.
