This is a temporary position and will require working with time sensitive material, punctuality and meeting time constraints are a must. This position will be dealing with highly confidential information. Confidentiality is tantamount. Beyond that, the details of the position include:
Transcription of digital notes, mp3s, scanned documents, and pdfs into Word documents. For this reason, strong transcription skills are necessary
Proofreading of all transcribed materials, strong working knowledge of the English language is a requirement
Internet research, commercial comparison, and graphing skills are necessary
Knowledge of property taxation and county reporting are a bonus
Organization skills, including the ability organize files and documents by relevant data
Basic administrative support as needed
