On the PHP "thank you page" of my website, I check the visitors cookie, grab some information and use the Aweber API to "move" or "add" the visitors email address in the Aweber system.
This all works perfectly, but it takes some time, and some users will exit out before the thank you page comes up.
I need someone to find a simple, foolproof method for doing all this asynchronously, so the thank you page comes up right away for the visitor... and the PHP code that triggers the Aweber API happens behind the scenes.
The Aweber API code is already written and functions perfectly...I just need someone to device a method to do it in the background somehow.
The simpler the method, the better. (i.e. could use a simple database to "queue" up the processing, and do it in batch later...but maybe an "iframe" is a possibility too? Or some other simple method?
