I need the following questions answered.

1) I am building a website that collects sports camps info that are posted on other websites such as college sports teams, independent sporting instructors, High school teams, etc. I collect this info and re-post it on my site so that all camps can be searched easily by the user. I only supply info that I find on the site, and each camp has a link directing the user to the original site I found it on to register/get more info and do not use any logos. I see it as free publicity for these camps as I am not attaching my name or company to it, but I would like to know if there are any issues with this. see example:

2) I would like to scrub YouTube for sports videos in the same fashion. I would be scrubbing youtube for videos that meet my sports instruction critera, categorizing them on my site, than repost the link to them through my site. Again, no logos used, just a link to different vide...
