Create a "product showcasing" bar that will be above the banner/below menu bar. (See:   [obscured]  /support/ for example)

I think now we are realizing that it will push the banner so far down the page, to the viewer it might look weird/not make sense. The top of the page will just be taking up to much space. I think the answer will be to:

-bring the toolbar to the top

- and then, A) put the Logo on the far left in the menu bar (in lieu of "home" button) or, B) put the Uptime Logo on the far left of the "Product showcasing" bar, e.g. ---> LOGO/Product/Product/Product/etc. I am kind of leaning towards B.

Then the social networking buttons could go at the bottom of the page somewhere with "Welcome" "Blog" etc. The search bar could possibly be in the right of the menu bar (inside menu bar), as well.

I would really use the Apple support page as a pseudo template. They have organized their content in pretty much how we would like it.
