I am a small business serving a niche market. I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming calls and schedule appointments as the business grows.
As a growing business, calls are few and far between, as most communication is done via email. However, the calls that are received are valuable leads for the business. Because of travel schedules, these calls are currently going straight to voicemail. With marketing campaign scheduled to commence, I am looking for someone who can manage these calls, and answer basic questions, as needed.
- Manage inbound calls from clients and vendors
- Appointment scheduling
- Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours
- Previous experience as an administrative or virtual assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
