We’re a small IT Advergames company in Portugal and we’re finishing a computer game for a set of ONG’s that require a simple supporting website for the game’s users, which will participate in a competition for best score online.
We’re looking to contract the website design, database definition and website programming, and this should include all HTML, client-side behavior and server-side behavior, as well as database schemas and related artifacts. We prefer Java-based technologies, since we already have the expertise, but will not determine which enterprise Java stack is chosen – the bidder can opt to propose server behavior done from plain JSP’s to Grails to JSF to Spring MVC – you pick what works best for you, as long as it’s Java, and runs in a plain Tomcat (i.e. – no EJB’s!) and either a MySQL or a PostgreSQL database.
