I need a support person or team of support people to answer customer questions and provide technical support on my companies software.
My company produces online web based software developed in PHP / MySQL which the users need to install on their own servers. If you have experience in providing support for this kind of software that would be fantastic, however previous experience in providing software support is not required.
You will simply need to log into the support email account twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening) and answer any outstanding customer questions. I'd like you to aim to answer all questions within 12 hours and maximum of 24 hours.
I only receive 10 - 15 support requests a week so this job will only be 2-3 hours a week. However this will grow over time, and of course your pay will increase as you take on more hours.
