New Photo Editing Company starting up and requires capable VA to handle tasks for smooth running of website.
This will most likely start at around 5 hrs/wk but steadily grow over time to 10-15 hrs/wk with option to go full time or stay part time.
Tasks will include
**dealing with any email enquiries and responding within 24 hours - great customer service ‘can do’ / helpful attitude is a must!
**co-ordinating work between clients and technicians each day
**approving work back from technicians before customer is notified
**checking basic weekly invoices of technicians against work completed
**help with sourcing partners and adding to website - one off initial task
**adding copy to website during the early weeks - most content all provided - using CMS system so easy to add with minimal website knowledge
The successful worker will have the following qualities
**excellent attention to detail and good spelling and English grammar
**hardworking and able to meet deadlines
