I am looking for a multi-talented VA (or team) to help me manage a number of business and personal tasks. The role may include the following tasks but will vary from week to week:
• Scheduling meetings and appoinments
• Market Research
• Competitor research and analysis
• Blog Commenting
• Compiling databases
• Online research - reading a number of articles and summarising them for me.
• Writing Articles
• Uploading Articles to websites and article directories (Wordpress websites and ezinearticles for examples
• Document creation
• Transcription of recordings
• CRM Management
• Managing calendars and sending email reminders.
Some graphic design skills would be useful but are not necessary if all the other skills are fulfilled.
Initially I am looking for someone to start on a trial period of 15-20 hours per week with the view to becoming full time at 40 hours per week after the trial is completed.
Many of the tasks can be completed outside of traditional Melbourne work hour...
