I would like to have the Samsung SCS-26UC4 work in any location globally. Currently it attempts to obtain a GPS lock in a known US location, then it will activate on the network. The purpose of this is for e911 emergency location and obviously I don't expect to be able to call emergency services where they aren't available.

I'm looking for someone to bypass the GPS check either in software or hardware, I'm not that picky. I just want a reproducible solution.

This system runs linux at the core, and apparently has an HDMI port in the bottom which can be used to establish a serial connection.
