We have quality raw footage and we need help in editing it, splicing it and making it a coherent message thread.

Basically we need to pull together a short introduction for our internal sales conference at the end of January.
We film using HDV 1080i. It's supposed to end up looking like 'Man on the street'-like mini-interviews that are snipped together to convey a message and storyline. The entire finished video to be used at conference might be between 2 to 4 minutes in length.
You will probably need to go through about 5 hours of footage to edit from which we already have in the can - the balance will be available by January 15th (or sooner). We will provide story board messaging sketches, and audience key take away points.
Intended effect is to excite and energize for 2010.
