seeking someone to:
1. go through my email, filter out the nonessential, and summarize the business related messages to me daily.
2. reply to initial customer inquiries by email and sometime by phone.
3. when customer wants to close, process forms to get signature on contract and process payment via credit card
4. keep track of clients using MS Excel.
5. miscellaneous personal tasks (making inquiries, ordering products, etc)
Required: Microsoft Excel. Excellent English language skills, spelling and grammar. Excellent verbal communication skills via telephone.
6. Some HTML editing experience a plus. Knowledge of FTP procedures a plus.
