We are seeking a highly efficient and capable virtual assistant to help with the following on an on going basis. The successful person must have a STRONG background and experience working in excel and word. Working with CRM programs is an asset.
* Database management-merging, sorting and unifying excel spreadsheets according to user defined fields so they can be imported into CRM
* data entry for CRM (ZOHO or HIGH Rose CRM)
* virtual assistant -misc
* Basic admin tasks
We require someone who is a self starter and is able to provide high quality support for all our sales efforts.
