I require a VA to assist me with some daily routine tasks, and also any ad-hoc projects as required.
My VA must speak perfect english, since we will be communicating on the phone regularly.
My VA must have excellent experience in excel and data-entry, with impeccable attention to detail.
There will be a minimum of 10 hours of work per week, but I am hoping that the scope of the role will increase and I can provide the successful VA with much more work.
A few tasks that need to be done are:-
- Data-entry and updating our client database.
- Creating and updating excel spreadsheets.
- Emailing daily reports.
- Chasing our clients failed payments via email (and perhaps phone if phone manner is excellent)
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks
I am hoping to have a long-term relationship with the successful applicant.
