A good ear, and able to understand American accents in order to transcribe and take meeting minutes.
Fluent english with an America, European, or Australian accent.
Some knowledge of the construction industry.
Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Description:
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me research topics, transcribe and help me stay on top of the burgening admin work of our company.

The responsibilities of the job:

Listening to construction meetings and summarizing topics discussed, including major points, with entry into Word.

Research using the Internet or other information and entry int Excel.

Calling various company contacts and personal contacts.

Very little calendar and email management.

Other miscellaneous online things.

Note: Candidate must be regularly accesable, be online and in Elance Work during agreed upon office hours.

Your qualifications:

We prefer previous admin experience
