Virtual Assistant Needed for a Manager at a top US-based IT Consulting Firm
Daily responsibilities will include:
-Responding to and following up on e-mail, instant message, and phone inquiries
-Summarizing new inquiries into a concise list of action items and escalating urgent issues to me as needed
-Creating and updating MS Project plans based on a list of action items
-Preparing and Sending Status Reports in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
-Compiling and Formatting MS Excel Spreadsheets and MS Powerpoint presentations
-Updating Issue, Risk, and Change Request databases
-Preparing and Sending Agendas and Meeting Invites
Additional responsibilities may include:
-Assistance with Market Research
-Arranging Business Travel, Reservations, and Appointments by Phone and E-mail
-Weekly Time and Expense Reporting
-Limited Personal Tasks (Reservations, Reminders, Bill Pay, etc.)
