We are currently working a contract globally and are in search of an assistant to handle basic research and support (such as finding reliable translators, making initial contact with clients, scheduling, handling last-minute issues, etc), minor customer support (2-5 e-mails per week) and social network maintenance. Assistance with team/project organization is a must. A softphone login and download will be provided for company communications, and a hard-wired SIP phone provided for long-term contractors. Continuing direct contact with management via Skype/phone is required although most of our work is done via e-mail. If the right candidate is found, we can explore a continued plan. Initial estimate is 5-10 hours per week.
