Need personal assistant to do the following work: a.) read & take action on incoming emails (I will provide processing information) at 11am eastern time and 3pm eastern time on Mondays through Fridays, b.) provide update/voice mail to me at 4pm on outstanding emails that do not fall into established categories/business rules, c.) have access to my calendar - will be asked to schedule meetings (may sometimes need to call meeting attendee to check calendar openings), d.) send me reminders of upcoming meetings/agenda items, e.) occasionally do web research
The volume of emails is not too much for now as just starting role, but can increase. I'm looking for very good English (US) skills, email and calendar etiquette, dedicated and good-natured.
I'm assuming it will be about 60 hours per month.
