I'm the CEO of a dynamic team of co-founders working hard to realize our company's vision. I'm working on a lot of different projects at the same time and I need part time help from a dynamic individual who has a strong attention to detail and ability to help hold me accountable to the project plans.
Specifically, I need services of a virtual assistant that would help me to: assemble invoices / reimbursements / expense reports / company projections, do weekly and monthly goal setting one on one with me and track project milestones and timelines.
The ideal candidate would be very comfortable using Google Docs and Calendar. They would have had experience organizing projects and holding others accountable for timelines. They would have seen a Gantt chart before. They would have a good memory.
