We are looking for someone to respond to email and answer phone calls for customer enquiries and orders.
The successful applicant must have native or near perfect spoken English and excellent composition skills for email.
We are willing to split the email/phone tasks, so we will consider applicants who are great on the phone but cannot write, and applicants who have excellent written English but are not good on the phone.
It is preferable if you are located near the timezone for Sydney.
- Email, order and calendar management
- Inbound calls
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
