We are looking for a highly efficient and well organised personal assistant for a financial services company. The role will include the following
Preparation of meeting documentation skilled in word and understanding data to be entered into templates
Transcription of emails to clients via phone to email great English and writing skills required
Miscellaneous tasks as required
Microsoft Office proficiencies a must
We need an assistant who is efficient and has a quick turnaround time on specified tasks
