We are looking for a highly efficient and well organised personal assistant for a financial services company. The role will include the following
• Preparation of meeting documentation – skilled in word and understanding data to be entered into templates
• Transcription of emails to clients via phone to email – great English and writing skills required
• Miscellaneous tasks as required
• Microsoft Office proficiencies a must
• We need an assistant who is efficient and has a quick turnaround time on specified tasks
• High attention to detail
• Very good English oral and written communication
ability to communicate by phone and skype
