We are a web development firm looking for someone with prefect English speaking skills to perform the roles of virtual assistant, customer service, and project management. Daily job duties will include:
1. Receive customer feedback/bug reports via email and phone
2 Ensure reports are submitted with all required details
3. Verify ability to reproduce issue reported
4. Determine if bug falls into scope on an existing project
5. Submit bug reports to development
The qualified individual must be energetic and very engaging. The ability to make people smile over the phone is a huge plus. Time requirements will be 5-8 hours per day between the hours of 8AM - 5PM CST
A firm grasp of how to use the web and web terminology is required.
Additional tasks may include
1. Conducting phone interviews with clients and prospects
2. Assisting in a sales role via telephone and proposal creation
3. Monitoring and replying on social media for customer support requests
