Administrative Assistant for Webinars – Anymeeting.com
A small alumni association needs an administrative assistant primarily for support of its fledgling continuing education program. (I am doing initial work on this project. Ultimately, we will set up an account for the association and further contracting will go through that account.) Although initially we are only looking for help with webinars, there is a possibility that the responsibilities and # of hours per week could expand.
We are currently planning or conducting one webinar-type continuing education program every other month. A member of our CPE Committee reaches out to a desired speaker, makes contact, and secures an agreement to present and basic topic. Here's a list, roughly in chronological order, and with estimated hours:
