Most importantly I need someone to handle e-mails, calendar and travel arrangements. Most emails revolve around the following tasks:
Someone to transfer all of my appointments into my calendar. Someone to complete expense reports for me. Someone to convert business cards into excel format to manage my personal contacts. Someone who is highly detailed and very professional in oral and written english communication. Another large part of this person's job will be managing email databases and organizing email blasts. Also I will need someone to keep certain excel documents current daily and forwarded to my team. Additionally this person will function as an editor of newsletter articles, blog postings, websites, workbooks, and email marketing correspondence. I also would like a person who is familiar with social networking sites (Plaxo, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Facebook) to maintain and update my profiles on a regular basis.
