******* PLEASE READ ENTIRE JOB POSTING ***** LOOKING FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS To Service a FORTUNE 500 COMPANY This position is for Inbound customer care calls for a large wireless service provider. Day-to-Day Scope of Services Required: • Handling inbound customer care inquiries including billing inquiries, customer service inquiries, payment arrangements, discount inquiries, updating account information, providing technical services, troubleshooting devices, ordering new devices and cancellations/retentions and other services. Virtual Customer Service Professionals must have a strong working knowledge of computers including - but not limited to: • Being able to use a mouse and computer keyboard • Being able to shut down and turn on the computer properly • Understanding how to navigate the computer's files and desktop environment • Knowing how to create, name, save and delete a folder • Functional knowledge of programs including how to launch and close a computer program • Understanding how to use e-mail including sending and opening email • Knowing how to use the Internet including navigating to a site and using search engines like Google • Ability to navigate through multiple screens *Equipment needed: • Windows XP dual core, 2000 & Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit), Windows 8, Internet Explorer 8 NOTE: MAC OS, Vista are Not Supported systems • Dedicated Hard-wired Telephone and headset (needed for Production) Plantronics T10 or similar recommended >>Softphones and cell phones are not permitted. The telephone line should not interface at any point with the computer. • Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0 • Microsoft Security Essentials *******PLEASE READ BELOW >>> Must be willing to complete a Voice Assessment, Background Check and Client Certification Courses. ******PLEASE NOTE: Certification course is unpaid.********* >>> Once Certified the Virtual Customer Service professional has unlimited earning potential.<<<<<<<<<<< >>>>>>Professional will paid $8 per hour >>The hours completed with be determined by actual call talk time by the designated phone system. <<< Professional will be a required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with min. of 5 hours on weekends and hours on holidays. >>>Unlimited hours with a minimum of 20hrs (5hrs Sat and/ Sun) Year round High Call Volume! Schedule your own hours. Schedule Adherence is critical to this program. >>The hours completed with be determined by actual call talk time by the designated phone system. <<< >>The pay period is defined as the 1st and the 15th of each month. Pay will be released on the 1st and the 15th as well. << ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Client Certification Course Details: CSP101 Self Paced to be completed Course Schedule: September 26 – December 22 •Instructor led & self pace: 9/26-10/31, 11/17-12/8 •Instructor led & call taking: 11/3-11/14, 12/9-12/22 •Additional learning may be required during the first 90 days of production ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ >>>Included: >Background Check >Certification Training (unpaid) >Ongoing Training >24/7 Technical Support >Renewing Contract every three months >Access to Starmatic Scheduling system >Performance Facilitator: • Deliver performance-enhancement techniques, as well as subject matter expertise • Assist with escalations matters and with meeting Requirements • Provide advice and make recommendations • Offer huddles to attend to learn best practices • Assist with request for support with options/recommendations to improve performance
