MS Office expertise, organizational skills and written and verbal communication is a must.
Department assistant will support business coaches by processing marketing and web job requests and proofing the jobs when they come back then delivering to our client.
This assistant will be "part of our team," we're looking for long term help and participation in the department. Will require creative input, ability to proofread, reformat old Word files into Word 2007, communicate with our clients via email and stay on top of a multitude of open items seeing them through to completion.
We also have various PowerPoint and Excel projects. Our company is extremely deadline oriented. We need someone behind the scenes learning how everything fits together and helping to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Looking for possibly 40 hours/week.
