This assistant will be helping the Founder to build an online business from scratch. The assistant will be helping the following start-up activities:
1. Understand the business and its economics
2. Managing business proposal process
2. Assist with budgeting and financial planning aspect with the business
3. Monitoring system development (being developed by a US developer)
4. Setting company's IT and communication system
5. Research and identify prospects
6. Human resources, and
7. sales and marketing
Non- Negotiable Skills: Communication skill, writing skill, excel, powerpoint, finance, flexible, entrepreneur spirit, loyal and ability to tolerate ambiguity
Other Skills: Banking, factoring, invoice discounting, account receivables management, credit and collection, and ability to think out of the box
