Looking for a virtual assistant/ first level sales & support person to answer occasional telephone calls and email messages.
You should be available from 9 am to 5pm US Eastern Standard time (Monday to Friday). You will need to be available by phone and email during this time. Phone calls if not answered immediately should be answered in 1 hour. Email messages should be answered in 4 hours of receipt.
Telephone calls will be forwarded from our PBX to a US phone number that you provide (a Skype-In/ VOIP number in the US will do ). Forwarded calls are recognizable from their specific caller id and announcement message when picked up.
Only a few calls per day are expected (probably 2 to 3 a day) and maybe a few emails (about 3 to 4 emails per day). I estimate this to take a maximum of five hours per week.
